My approach is rooted in compassion, inclusion, and helping people step into self empowerment. I believe in the healing power of creativity to build confidence, foster social connection, and offer relaxation. Art-making can be a way to communicate what words sometimes cannot, and I strive to create a welcoming, supportive space where everyone feels they can show up as they are to explore their unique potential.
Each time we sit down to create art, we are create new possibilities in our lives
Why do I do this work? Because I’ve seen how creativity can transform lives. It’s more than just making art; it’s about connecting with yourself and others, discovering new ways to express your story, and reclaiming parts of yourself that might have been hidden or overlooked.
In our weekly art group at Our Community Hub, I aim to bring these values into each session. It’s not about being “good” at art—it’s about enjoying the process, experimenting, sharing a laugh, and taking a moment to slow down and breathe in this fast paced world.
If you’re curious about joining, I’d love to welcome you. Whether you’re seeking connection, relaxation, or a chance to try something new without the pressure, this group might be for you.
