School Holidays Workshop: Make Your Own Sensory Toy
Come along and learn how to create your very own sensory toy using slow stitching and simple craft techniques.
As humans we experience and learn about the world we live in through our sensations; sight, smell, touch, taste and sound. This workshop focuses on mindfully slowing down, reflecting on and discovering sensations that engage, excite and create calm in our bodies. You will leave with your very own, uniquely designed sensory toy.

Express your internal landscape in a creative way through play, movement and mark making. Letβs take time together to allow some space to just create and express without judgement.

Brush & Mark Making Workshop - Online
This is a hands-on, playful and messy workshop! We focus on exploring different ways of making marks and fashion together with some makeshift brushes. Some of these brushes will only be temporary but some you might integrate into your tool kit.

Temporary Mandala Workshop - Online
This is a mindful and slow paced workshop. We will focus on slowing down by creating a temporary Mandala out of found objects and art materials. We explore surrendering to the temporary nature of the art making experience.

Body Mapping Workshop - Online
This workshop explores mapping our body through mark making with gestural movements. This workshop engages our body, mind and spirit through play, intuitive mark making and movement. The session focuses on kinetic mark making; which is a fancy way of saying we use big gestural movements to create marks. We create symmetry, geometry and landscapes with marks made by our body.

Exploring Time Workshop - Online
Time is one of the most used nouns in the English language. In this workshop we will explore the concept of time. Time changes when you are in flow, boredom or in stress. This workshop will explore the expansion and contraction of time through different styles of music and tempos through the structure of a Mandorla.
