Transpersonal Art Therapy isn’t about being an artist—it’s about using creativity as a tool to express, heal, and grow. Together, we’ll use simple, accessible art techniques to explore your emotions and experiences in a safe, supportive space.

This is for you if you’ve felt ambivalent, unsatisfied with your life or unsure of what’s next. It’s for anyone ready to gently step off the usual path and explore creative terrain to find clarity and joy.
What to Expect in a Session
Each session is tailored to your needs. We’ll talk, create, and reflect in a way that feels safe and supportive. No art experience is needed—just an openness to explore.

Art Supplies
For your session, I encourage you to gather a small selection of art supplies that feel accessible, enjoyable or that you are curious about trying. Here are some ideas:
Art Journal: A4 - A3 sized art journal or scrap book to contain and stored your artworks.
Mark Making tools: Pens, coloured pencils, crayons, oil/soft pastels, watercolour paint & brushes, magazines for collage.
Tools: scissors, glue, sticky tape.
You don’t need anything fancy—what matters is your willingness to explore creativity, not the materials themselves.
Materials don’t limit your capacity to create, however using a medium that allows you to express easily is key to helping your creativity flow.
If you are not sure this is something we can explore in sessions; making time to experiement and play to discover new ways to express your thoughts, feelings and emotions. I’ve also written a blog about about choosing art materials and getting set up for your online session here.
Duration & Fees
All Art Therapy sessions are conducted online via zoom.
Initial Appointment (90 minutes): $150 AUD
A longer session to discuss your needs, goals, and begin your art therapy journey.Standard Session (60 minutes): $120 AUD
Ideal for ongoing sessions, focusing on creative exploration and self-reflection.Extended Session (90 minutes): $150 AUD
For deeper dives or when you need more time to process and create.
